为进一步提高鼓楼区鼓西街道网格化服务管理水平，现向社会公开招聘专职网格员1名。

一、岗位招聘条件1、JobRecruitmentRequirements
1.为人正直、品行端正，具有较强政治责任心，无违法犯罪记录；1.Honestanduprightincharacter,withastrongsenseofpoliticalresponsibilityandnocriminalrecord;
2.男性18周岁至50周岁，女性18周岁至45周岁；具有初中及以上学历；

二、聘期人员的工作内容及待遇2、Jobresponsibilitiesandbenefitsofpersonnelduringtheemploymentperiod
鼓楼区专职网格采集员，主要负责所在网格区域日常巡查以及区域内所有服务管理事件、部件的巡查与采集,基础数据采集、案件核查结案、案件核实。发现问题若不能当场处置则由系统派件至指定的网格处置人员或及时上报区网格指挥中心人工立案、派遣，实现“采办分离”。
ThededicatedgridcollectorinGulouDistrictismainlyresponsiblefordailyinspectionsofthegridareaandtheinspectionandcollectionofallservicemanagementeventsandcomponentswithinthearea,aswellasbasicdatacollection,caseverificationandclosure,andcaseverification.Ifproblemscannotbedealtwithonthespot,thesystemwilldispatchthemtodesignatedgriddisposalpersonnelorpromptlyreporttothedistrictgridcommandcenterformanualfilinganddispatch,achieving"procurementseparation".
网格采集员实行两班制工作制度，上班时间为7：00-15:00（早班）、15:00-22:00（晚班），上两天休一天。试用期工资2100元/月，试用期为一个月，试用期满考核合格后予以转正。
Gridcollectorsimplementatwoshiftworksystem,withworkinghoursfrom7:00-15:00(morningshift)and15:00-22:00(eveningshift),withonedayoffforthefirsttwodays.Theprobationaryperiodsalaryis2100yuan/month,andtheprobationaryperiodisonemonth.Afterpassingtheassessmentattheendoftheprobationaryperiod,theemployeewillbeconvertedtoaregularemployee.

四、聘用4、Hiring
委托福州市文儒坊人力资源有限公司与专职网格员签订书面合同，劳务派遣合同两年一签。
