任职要求
Required • Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent. • 6+ years of highly successful experience in related field. • Highly motivated self-starter. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English with CET 4.0 and above. CET 6.0 preferred. • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. • Ability to be direct “hands-on” with equipment and engineering projects. • Quality statistical analysis skills (SPC, CPK, ANOVA Analysis, GR&R, etc) • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and International). • Experience with various weld methods and technologies. • Experience in automation systems, mechanical & electronic machine development and life cycle.
