Job Requirements 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering 2. Minimum 5 of relevant contracts and management experience. 3. Experiences of NEC CEDD NEC C contracts 4. Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements governing commercial contracts in the construction/ engineering industry 5. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese 6. Strong knowledge of Contracts and Project Management 7. Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills 8. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time 加分项 有以下行业经验：土木工程
