任职要求
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in Power Platform development. • Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate workflows. • Strong understanding of Dataverse data model and security strategies, capable of implementing complex business logic. • Familiar with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and able to develop custom connectors and plugins. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400). • Front-end development experience (React, Angular, HTML/CSS) to enhance UI and user experience. • Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) or Dynamics 365 integration. • Experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
岗位职责
Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Collaborate with business teams and solution architects to translate requirements into high-quality solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure scalability and maintainability. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Azure services). • Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to ensure stability and security. • Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and help elevate team technical capabilities.
