1. Leverage Ericsson LLM into product issue analysis and develop the chatbot to provide solution to related technical question, and generate knowledge graph for specific areas in RAN products. 2. Interact with sub-matter experts across functions/sites, bring efficient ideas into development Operation environment for RAN product continuous integration via generative AI concept.
