1.research support: L.R., desk research, field research；
2. dealing with experimental technology: assisting in field implementations；
3. support in managing project: assisting in organising tasks and deadlines；4.clear understanding of research practice and writing；
5.clear understanding of design driven systems, research and implementations；
6.organisational skills and precision & reliability in meeting deadlins.
